رییس هیات رئیسه صندوق‌های بازنشستگی نفت، مدیرعامل شرکت اهداف، ریاست هیات مدیره و مدیرعامل شرکت اویک و هیات همراه، روز دوشنبه (۱۰ بهمن ماه) از شرکت طراحی و مهندسی صنایع انرژی (EIED ) بازدید و از نزدیک در جریان فعالیت‌ها و پروژه‌های در دست اقدام این شرکت فعال در عرصه نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی قرار گرفتند.

 در این نشست مهندس محمدعلی غفاریزاده مدیرعامل و اعضای هیات مدیره شرکت EIED، میزبان حاضران از صندوق های بازنشستگی نفت بودند.

دکتر عبدالحسین بیات و هیات همراه در این نشست، در جریان عملکرد شرکت EIED در بخش های مختلفی همچون نیروی انسانی، پروژه ها، فعالیت نوآورانه و دانش بنیان، سیستم های مهندسی قرار و ضمن بررسی موارد مطرح شده رضایت خود را از استراتژی ها، برنامه ها و فعالیت های انجام شده و در دست اجرای این شرکت اعلام کردند.

وی با تاکید بر اینکه EIED از مصادیق شرکت های موفق مهندسی نفت و گاز در سطح کشور است و با بسیاری از شرکت های تراز اول بین المللی برابری دارد، تصریح کرد: در سالهای پیش وابستگی کشور به متخصصان و شرکت های بین المللی به عنوان یک نقطه نگران کننده توسعه و پیشرفت کشور مطرح بود، این در حالی است که هم اکنون شرکت هایی مانند EIED جای خالی شرکت های بین المللی مطرح در صنعت نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی را پر کرده است.

رئیس هیئت رئیسه صندوق‌ها در بخش دیگری از سخنانش با اشاره به دلایل موفقیت پروژه‌های اجرا شده شرکت سرمایه گذاری اهداف، به هماهنگی و تعامل صندوق بازنشستگی صنعت نفت و گروه اویک همچنین شرکت EIED به عنوان نقطه قوت اجرای موفقیت آمیز پروژه‌های محوله تاکید کرد.

مهندس بیات در خصوص مقوله نوآوری در شرکت EIED که به عنوان بخشی از موضوعات نشست یاد شده مطرح بود، بر حمایت از ایده پردازان و صاحبان نوآوری که ایده آنها مطابق با رسالت اصلی شرکت و با ارزش افزوده برای بدنه EIED همراه است، تاکید کرد.

وی همچنین ارتقای دانش فنی و پیگیری ثبت پتنت های تولید دانش فنی و توسعه آن را از ضروریات شرکت‌های دانش محور همچون EIED دانست و از عملکرد شرکت طراحی و مهندسی صنایع انرژی در خصوص حرکت در این مسیر تقدیر کرد.

مهندس بیات همچنین با تاکید بر اینکه مجموعه صندوق های بازنشستگی صنعت نفت یک مجموعه توانمند، حرفه‌ای، چابک و مفید به حال جامعه است و هدفش صرفا کمک به صنعت نفت کشور است، اگفت: حضور نیروهای متخصص مجموعه های صندوق های بازنشستگی نفت به ویژه شرکت EIED باعث افتخار و دلگرمی کشور است.

وی با اشاره به توانمندی نیروهای متخصص این شرکت نیز تصریح کرد: بر این باورم که نام شما حتی نزد بسیاری از کشورهای مطرح بین المللی می‌درخشد و منعکس کننده توانمندی‌های جمهوری اسلامی ایران و مبین تحقق آرمان «ما می‌توانیم» انقلاب اسلامی است.

بیات همچنین از سیاست شرکت در خصوص جذب نیروهای تازه فارغ التخصیل دانشگاهی و کمک به آنان برای ورود به بازار کار در حوزه نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی تقدیر و خواستار ادامه روند این فرآیند اثر بخش شد.

در انتهای این نشست، بخش های مختلف شرکت EIED نیز میزبان دکتر بیات و هیات همراه به منظور ارائه توانمندی‌های مهندسی، پروژه ای و سیستمی  شرکت EIED بودند.

PMC/SSC services for 114 Km of the 9^th gas trunk-line from near Bid Boland Gas Refinery to near Ahvaz city.

• Consulting Services for Review of Engineering Documents & EPC Tender Package Preparation for Varavi, Homa Gas Compressor stations and Tabnak Separation Plant 

– Homa Compressor Station

Homa gas field is located in Homa mountain (Lamerd, Fars province) about 70 Km to the North West of Lamerd city. This field is one of the gas fields providing feed to Parsian Gas Refinery. Presently, 22 wells of this field are at production stage with wellhead facilities, flow lines, and gathering header(s). The produced gas of Homa field is transferred to Kheirgoo  separation center which is equipped with scrubbers, separators, liquid transfer pumps, and pig launcher/receiver. Then, separated gas and condensates are transported via two 36” and 6” 41 Km pipelines to Parsian 2  gas refinery.

–  Varavi Compressor Station

Varavi  gas field is 45 Km away from Lamerd city in Fars Province. This field consists of 12 wells producing 11 million cubic meters per day of gas, as part of the Parsian gas refinery feed. According to    preliminary studies conducted for the production maintenance of this field, it has been determined that  a new compressor station has to be built in the downstream of Varavi  gas gathering system (upstream of Parsian gas refinery).

– Tabnak Separation Plant

Tabnak gas field is located 40 Km to the North of Parsian (gaavbandi) city. So far 46 wells have been completed and 45 wells are in production  which send their gas to three gathering centers. The gathered multiphase production in gathering centers 1 and 2 are transported via two 30” pipelines to Parsian gas Refinery. The gas of gathering center 3 is first transferred by a 24” pipeline to join to the two 30” pipelines 10 Km away from the gathering center 1, to its final destination of Parsian gas refinery.

Karoun Petrochemical Company awarded to EIED – through its MC (PIDMCO, a subsidiary of PGPIC) – the contract for Carbon mono-Oxide (CO) and Hydrogen (H₂) generation plants.

This EPCC project will take 33 months to be completed. The new plants to be constructed in Bandar Imam (Persian Gulf shores) will increase the country’s CO production capacity by 35,000 million tons per year, and H₂ production capacity by 8,000 million tons per year.

EIED so far has executed many EPCC projects such as Ilam HDPE , Tabriz Refinery New Gasoline Production Plant , and Ilam Sulfur Removal Unit (SRU).

EPC contract of Kheiroo Gas Pressure Strengthening Station was announced by I.G.E.D.C. According to EIED public relations report, this project will be executed within 15 months in EPC. This project will be aimed at increasing the capacity of the eighth national gas pipeline with a capacity of 110 million cubic meters in 80 kilometers from Lamard city, Fars province.
Previously, EIED has achieved many MC& SSC of other projects for IGEDC such as MC & Field Supervision of North & Northeast Six Compressor Stations.
